The Great Physician King’s medicine eradicates sins and disasters, bringing blessings and long life!
1. Donors will contribute to the following Meritorious Deeds:
🔸Construction of the monastery.
🔸During the puja:
💫 Jointly offer bottles of medicinal herbs.Offer hundreds types of traditional and Western medicinal materials, praying for the Great Physician King to bless the person seeking good health.
💫 Jointly offer forty-nine lamps for a full day.As stated in the "Compassionate Medicine Buddha's Treasure Repentance," "incense flowers and lamps, offered according to one’s ability, with sincere respect, nothing requested will be unanswered."
💫 Provide clean food offerings for the sangha to accumulate vast merits.
🔸If there are surplus funds, continue to support the monastery’s propagation of Dharma and the livelihood and studies of the sangha, allowing the donor's merits to grow and be enjoyed endlessly.
2. The monastery will create a beautiful "Medicine Buddha Peace and Longevity Blessing Card" for the donor, displayed with exquisite offerings, texts for prayer and dedication, inscribing the name of the person requesting blessings, dedicating it for "eliminating disasters, prolonging life, increasing merit and wisdom, and maintaining peace, health, and auspiciousness."
3. The monastery will perform a "Food Offering Ritual for Medicine and Smoke Puja” dedicating it to the removal of karmic illnesses and to release grievances.
4. Through the merits of constructing the monastery, supporting the sangha, and the special merits of the puja, a dedication will be made for the donor:
"May your family be safe and healthy, free from illness, obstacles, and afflictions, resolving grievances, transforming misfortunes into blessings, and prolonging life with abundant blessings. In future lives, may you be born in heavenly realms or as a human, with a dignified appearance, pleasing to all beings, enjoying wealth and abundance, with ample provisions. May you grow in merit and wisdom, and quickly achieve Buddhahood."
1. Any surplus of the offerings will be transferred to our Donation Box for Dharma propagation and to help those in need so that the merits from your donation will grow endlessly.
2. Blessing names will be listed. BFM reserves the final right to make changes to the names of the merits dedication not conforming to the proposed format.
