★Special Offering: Smoke Offering to Guardians of Virtue and Earth Deities for Peace and Auspiciousness

What is Smoke Offering?
🔸It involves preparing pure food, herbal meals, or other sacred smoke-offering powders, burning them with fire, and using their fragrance and the power of mantras to make extensive offerings to beings in the ghost realm.
🔸As a verse states: "By offering this wondrous smoke, all worldly and transcendental guests are pleased and return to their abodes, dedicating their vast virtues."

Why Offer to Guardians and Earth Deities?
🔸These guardians and earth deities are ghost-realm beings with blessings and power. Unlike ordinary beings, they do not partake in common offerings. Therefore, a grand feast is prepared to honor their protection of virtue and the safety of oneself and family.

Contributions by Donors:
🔸Support monastery construction to ensure the Dharma stay for a long time and spreads widely.
🔸If there are surplus funds, continue to support the monastery’s propagation of Dharma and the livelihood and studies of the sangha, allowing the donor's merits to grow and be enjoyed endlessly.

Blessings and Dedication:
🔸The monastery will prepare smoke offering packets bearing the donor's name, symbolizing their intention to offer to guardians and deities.
🔸The Sangha will conduct a grand smoke-offering ritual on the evening of April 3, 2025 (Friday), offering to all guardians and deities, praying for their blessings to protect the Dharma, the monastic and lay communities, and the donors and their families.
🔸The extraordinary merits of monastery construction, monastic support, and Dharma activities will be dedicated to the donor: “May you enjoy auspiciousness day and night, receive the protection of the Triple Gem, increase in blessings and wisdom, and swiftly attain Buddhahood.”
