Amitabha Verse: "Amitabha Buddha, Supreme King of Medicine, Majestic golden form radiates beams of light. A guiding vessel across the sea of suffering, To the Pure Land of Nine Lotus Ranks, May we together aspire to the Western Realm."
🔸During the Qingming Festival, Ban Foo Monastery will set up a solemn altar for Amitabha Buddha Infinite Light. Devotees are encouraged to sincerely offer prayers to the Buddha.
🔸Past and Present Cause-and-Effect Sutra:
"Among all fields of merit, the Buddha-field is supreme. To seek great fruition, one should make offerings to the Buddha-field." By offering exquisite items to the Buddha and Bodhisattvas, donors are blessed to be reborn in noble, virtuous families, enjoying complete fortune and auspiciousness.
The donor contributes to the following merits:
🔸Support monastery construction to ensure the Dharma stay for a long time and spreads widely.
🔸During the Qingming Filial Piety and Gratitude Puja, the monastery will meticulously prepare the Amitabha Buddha altar, offering flowers, fruits, incense, water, food, and other excellent offerings.
🔸 If any funds remain, they will continue to support the monastery's construction, Dharma propagation, and the sustenance of the sangha’s study and practice, increasing the donor’s merits, which will be enjoyed endlessly.
Merits of Offering Altar Items:

🔸Altar Donors are specially invited as honorary donors of the Puja, including participating in incense offering rituals.
🔸The presiding Venerable will recite and announce the donor’s name.
🔸Through the merits of monastery construction, sangha support, and puja, merits will be dedicated to the donor as follows: "May the donor and their family experience peace, happiness, and health. May all obstacles—physical, karmic, and mental—be removed. This life they may enjoy long life, increased blessings, and abundant fortune. In future lives, may they be reborn in virtuous and noble families, endowed with beauty, wealth, and joy. Life after life, may they encounter pure and complete teachings, gain great spiritual mentors' guidance, and achieve the path to Buddhahood swiftly."
