Avalokiteshvara Verse: "Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva is profoundly difficult to repay, Pure and dignified, perfected through eons of cultivation. Manifesting in 32 forms to help countless beings, In infinite kalpas spreading Dharma to humanity. Sweet dew from the vase constantly purifies, The willow branch endures through the seasons. Wherever prayers arise, there is a response, A boat to ferry beings across the sea of suffering."
1. On Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s sacred birthday, Ban Foo Monastery will establish an elaborate shrine and make sincere offerings to Avalokiteshvara.
Past and Present Cause-and-Effect Sutra:
"Among all fields of merit, the Buddha-field is supreme. To seek great fruition, one should make offerings to the Buddha-field." By offering exquisite items to the Buddha and Bodhisattvas, donors are blessed to be reborn in noble, virtuous families, enjoying complete fortune and auspiciousness.
2. The donor contributes to the following merits:
🔸Support monastery construction to ensure the Dharma stay for a long time and spreads widely.
🔸During the puja, the monastery will prepare an Avalokiteshvara shrine and offer: Fragrant flowers, fresh fruits, incense, pure water, exquisite food, and crystal lotus flowers.
🔸 If any funds remain, they will continue to support the monastery's construction, Dharma propagation, and the sustenance of the sangha’s study and practice, increasing the donor’s merits, which will be enjoyed endlessly.
3. Merits of Offering Altar Items:
🔸Offering Flowers: Leads to a radiant, dignified appearance and noble disposition.
🔸Offering Fruits: Enjoy peace, joy, and quickly achieve Buddhahood.

🔸Offering Exquisite Food: Accumulate great blessings, attaining abundance and contentment.
🔸Offering Crystal Lotus Flowers: Represent purity and brilliance, free from worldly defilements.
🔸Offering Supreme Items: Quickly builds the foundation of merit and wisdom.
4. Blessings and Dedication:
🔸The monastery will establish a【Collective Shrine Plaque】for Avalokiteshvara, placed before the Buddha for prayers and blessings.
🔸A【Light of Illumination】will be offered, invoking the Buddha’s blessings and the constant protection of the Three Jewels.
🔸The supreme merits of the puja will be dedicated to the donor:【"Through this act of confession, recitation, offering to the monastic community, and veneration of the Buddha, may the infinite merits eliminate karmic, physical, and mental obstacles. May all favorable conditions increase, obstacles to learning the Dharma be removed, and current-life virtues immediately grow. May future lives be abundant with provisions, and may you always receive the blessings of the Three Jewels."】
