Cancellations
You have 7 calendar days to effect a cancellation from the date you made the donation. You will not be eligible for a cancellation if you pass the deadline for the respective Puja closing date and time. In the event that we have fulfilled your order for your offering item, cancellation is also not allowed.
Please email online@bf-m.org.my or call +6012-836 2770 and have the receipt or proof of donation to effect your cancellations.
Refunds
We do not offer any refunds once we receive your donation. If your cancellation is approved, you have the option of selecting another offering item of the same offering amount. Please contact us at 65471580 for details and other enquiries.
